You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund. There are no recurring charges to cancel.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Returns

Our services are delivered in person or remotely, and no physical products are sold. For that reason, there are no items to return or exchange. Refund requests are handled as described above.
